Virtual TeleHealth Service

Bringing the best possible care to patients in NZ, wherever they are. Doctor 360 brings you an online Medical Clinic via an easy to use web platform.
Why wait for hours at clinics during a Pandemic when we can help solve your problem in minutes over a telephone chat or video call.

'The genie is out of the bottle': telehealth points way for NZ post pandemic’

Doctor360 is New Zealand’s first online doctor service exclusively staffed by fellows of the Royal New Zealand College of Urgent Care.  Our service has been developed by a group of leading NZ doctors to support patients.

We're taking the pressure off care delivery across hospitals, health services, aged care facilities and ambulance services across NZ.

We bring experienced doctors to patients in need of accident and medical care wherever they are in NZ, via phone or video calls. Patients can expect to be online with a consulting doctor within minutes.

On-Demand support whenever needed

Operating 7 days a week

Doctor360’s Telehealth service is staffed 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Our service is timely and professional, providing consultation with NZ-qualified senior specialist doctors. All are fellows of the Royal New Zealand College of Urgent Care.

When to call

If you or someone you know unexpected symptoms or are feeling acutely unwell, it can be difficult to know who to call. This service is specifically for the after hours period or for some people, like the elderly or those with preexisting conditions.

Doctor 360’s TeleHealth service is not a replacement for your GP or the ambulance service. If a patient is suffering a time-critical emergency and/or is unconscious, has chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding or has been in a major accident, please dial 911 immediately.

This service  may be appropriate if your or the patient experience any of the following conditions for immediate care:

  • COVID-19 concerns
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Fainting
  • Headache/ Head Injury / Concussion
  • Flu
  • Fever
  • Rashes, bites and stings
  • Back pain
  • Sore Throat
  • Diarrhoea and Vomiting

How Doctor360 delivers TeleHealth

Highly skilled help for medical needs

Our doctors are NZ-trained medical experts.

The doctor you will speak to will always be a senior specialist doctor, who is Fellow of the Royal NZ College of Urgent Care (RNZCUC).

On-demand, no appointment required

Access to an on-call doctor in minutes.

Unlike other tele-health services, the Doctor360 service is available on-demand, with no appointment required.  Placing a call via the phone or through the app is simple during hours of operation.

Avoid travelling to a hospital emergency room

Faster, convenient access to emergency care.

Get medical advice and reassurance from wherever you are via telephone or smart device, so there’s no need to travel  to a hospital  emergency room to access medical care.

Maintaining patient confidentiality is an essential part

Secure and confidential consultations.

Doctor360 adheres to patient privacy and confidentiality laws.  All personally identifiable data is encrypted and patient consults (and records) are confidential.

Collaboration with existing healthcare processes

Seamless clinical management.

We put you, the patient, at the centre of our service:  In addition to diagnosing and treating illness and injury, our doctors can provide prescriptions, referrals, arrange patient transport and send consultation summaries to your GP and upload event summaries to Manage My Health (upon your request).
